As a direct consequence of the INEOS Phenol board decision to focus on raw material integration of the proposed phenol manufacturing unit at Zhangjiagang the following organisational changes are announced.
With immediate effect Greg Musler will become General Manager China INEOS Phenol reporting to Leen Heemskerk CEO INEOS Phenol.  In this role Greg will combine the responsibility for the new plant at Zhangjiagang and developing future raw material integration options with the ongoing INEOS Phenol business activities in China.  
As part of this reorganisation Volker Weber will return to Europe and after transition, will resume his responsibilities as IT Manager Europe.  Further announcements on the China organisation will follow in due course.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Volker for his contribution to the China project and to wish Volker and Greg well in their new roles.
